FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The majority of our products are in stock and ship as quickly as possible, however please allow 3-7 days to process your order prior to shipping in the event we may need to custom make your purchase. Depending on the level of shipping service you chose during checkout it will take 1-6 additional days to arrive after shipping. A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed.
Can I get my order expedited for a special occasion?
If you need to receive your purchase by a specific date for a special occasion or an event, please contact us to ensure you choose the correct shipping method and to check for products that are immediately available.
Why does my order say "Unfulfilled"?
No need for alarm, this means your order is progressing through our normal fulfillment process. Your order could remain in this status for 3-7 days during which time we are producing and packaging your items for shipping.
Why does my tracking number keep saying "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment"?
Both of these statuses indicate that we have completed the shipping process and the carrier has taken possession of your package. It is not uncommon for this status to remain unchanged for 24-48 hours. Once the carrier has processed the shipment at one of their sorting facilities for final delivery, the tracking data will populate and an estimated delivery date will be provided. If you have questions regarding your shipment at this point you will need to contact the carrier for the most up to date information as we are no longer in control of how your package is being handled.
